    Just got my Marauder!

Hi, I just got my Marauder. It's a 2003B, the odometer turned 42K on the way home. It was in storage for about 14 years after the original owner died and his daughter took ownership. It's in almost showroom condition with just a couple of small dings on one of the doors.

I have had several Crown Vics over the years, two were CNG fueled. I currently have an '05 CV Sport with about 82k on it. I have been upgrading the Sport over the years and decided to just go to the top and get a Marauder.

Really enjoyed the drive home and am looking forward to driving the MM. It's scheduled to go to the shop next week and get all of the fluids changed and an alignment. I have a custom tune from Marty that I will be uploading once it comes back from the shop.

There is a suggested alignment specification IIRC Carfixer alignment spec. I think it is in the sticky setion.

If the car was indeed in storage for about 14 years, make sure the tires are safe.

Thanks, the previous owner put a on set of Continental ExtremeContact DWS 06 Plus tires before putting it up for sale. Theses are the same tires I have on my CV Sport and if anyone is looking for tires I highly recommend them. When I put them on the CV Sport they completely changed character of the vehicle - for the better!

I also have those tires and agree. They also have a great looking sidewall.

Call Mo’s Spped Shop for a tune, if it doesn’t already have one. This and carfixer alignment (if needed) are the first two things needed to liberate these cars. Congrats. More great info and great people here than anywhere I have found (and I’ve been around!).

again congrats and Welcome to the Modness!
