Stock MM with < 100k (Midwest)

Last October, I had a deal in line to purchase a stock 2004 Mercury Marauder with 56k miles for $12k. The guy had a 4 car garage and wanted to buy a 5th vehicle. His deal fell through, so he canceled our sale.
We still keep in touch and if he decides to sell, I get first crack at it - but I don't want to just around waiting for in, in the event he decides to keep it.
I have no preference on year, color, or features - I just want it to be stock, less than 100k miles.
