    Heater/AC buttons are warm

Was driving home in the rain today with the heater on defrost/floor and I noticed that all of the buttons on the AC/Heater control unit were warm to the touch. Ive never noticed this before, what is the issue? Thanks

    Its the light bulbs.

Swap over to led bulbs and the heat from the oem bulbs goes away.

Ive noticed this when driving at night on a 28 hour one way road trip
