    Advice Requested

Has anyone had this issue with the door panel coming apart or loose like this? What is the best way to repair it? Any advice is appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Take off and use some epoxy and tape or something to hold it in shape while drying. It us fairly common. All my old Vic's started doing it. Depends on use

Clean both surfaces, 5 minute epoxy and painters tape to hold it in place.

Looking at the part ahead of the arm rest, one of our guys in St Louis has the problem. If you must remove the switch cover for service of the controls, actuator, etc, you are likely to break off the plastic tabs that hold the piece down. I went to the junkyard with two small straight blade screwdrivers and practiced taking off the part. Got a good one on my second try. Pop your piece out and you should see broken tabs on the door side, likely front and rear. $5 at the yard, and $50 in paint, cleaner and softener to do a repaint before re-install. Lots of CV pieces in the yard. Look for '03 & '04 however. I am guessing the control cover must come out to fix the armrest. Good luck.
