I assume you are referring to the EATC module that controls the temp and fan speed? What is the problem? You might find some on Ebay or a junk yard. You can also contact Fastblackmerc he usually has a spare he will sell you for yours if it is not all burned up or too damaged. Hope this helps.

Mine works but not fully functional. Heat blows all the time. Some vents won’t open or close

    Replied to your PM.

Sounds like you have 2 problems.

1-Heat all the time is usually the Blend Door actuator.

FIX: Run the EATC self-test, if you get a 024 or 025 fault code the Blend Door actuator needs to be replaced.

2-The problem with the vents is probably the o-rings in the EATC.

FIX: The o-rings need to be replaced. I offer a repair service for the EATC - new o-rings and LED conversion for the fan & control buttons. Cost is $55.00.

You send your EATC to Fastblackmerc
You "feel" the difference because you want to "feel" the difference. Since you just spent money on the upgrade you "have" to feel the difference

I'm looking to eliminate the double pump process I have to follow right now to get the pedal hard

+1 on FBM, he did mine and the result was fantastic, well worth it to send it to him as he's probably done hundreds.
