    Thumbs up Youtube Contributor FordTechMakuloco

A Ford Tech with his own shop (Chicagoland area) and a prolific Youtube contributor. Not seeing anything he may have posted for the 4.6L Intech motor but plenty on the 4.6L - 5.4L 3 valve motors.

A couple of these in our family. My low mileage Mustang runs fine and my son-in-law’s ’07 high mileage Expedition runs fine with only the COPs and spark plugs replaced to date. Lots of interesting tips on modern Ford products.

I’m finding the cam phaser diagnostics/issues and 2 piece spark plug removal issues most interesting at the moment.

This guy and the tech at South Main Auto are way better than Scotty Kilmer.

Fordtechmakuloco did put out at least one 4.6 4v video a little over a year ago on an 03 Lincoln aviator where I think the passenger side composite or plastic tensioner blew out? After I watched it I pulled my engine out so I could have a look in the oil pan and check pickup screen. I did end up finding some broken plastic guide pieces in the screen. Yeah I’ve picked up some good tips from his channel too.
