GMC & Chevrolet medium duty trucks, Kaputt?...(correction from earlier post)

The other day, I read GMC (correction from earlier post) medium duty trucks were no longer going to be built. Then I later heard on the news, that Chevy MD trucks were also done for.

Ford MD truck salesmen must be doing back-flips! This is
much bigger than Chevy canceling the Caprice/Buick body-on-frame chassis.

    Anyone know more details?

It appears my fear & prediction that Ford would become the truck division of Honda Motor Company, was at least premature!
