Ringland on #7 is toast and its a little beat up in there. #6 was pretty clean. Oh well. Thanks for the help. But I am blaming the new badgeless grill. It allowed more air into the engine which made it go lean. Yeah that's my story and I am sticking too it!

Did you change the oil yet? There may be hope. Make sure your blinker fluid level is up too.

No clue. A little of this was my lack of discipline to keep my foot out of it knowing it had fuel in if from BFR Missouri "93" from our trip to the mini meet. Also leaving traction control on is a nono and ultimately could have caused its demise. Either way everything happens for a reason. I beat the ever living crap of out this car for the past 21K miles since it was Eaton swapped with very few issues. So I will do what I know how to do.......... build it better the next time around and repeat beating the daylights out of it. But seriously though, anyone see's a good deal on a short block or engine let a brother know!

Sorry I was right this time but it's better you know for sure and not just fix the plug and go at it again!!

Build it better like I did and chalk it up as "experience"!!

    Good Luck!!

That head will be just as bad, if not worse. Noland can fix it, but you will need some lead time.

At least you got 21k out of it with some miles on the motor already.

The real pain is only going 5k eaton on a 24k motor and having it take a *****.

Or maybe the intake valve. I've found piston pieces in the bottom of an intake manifold before.

It's always that next psi of boost that breaks brand new valves

    I have personally done it
