    Reinhart performance

Maybe he will trip off a curb into the path of a speeding bus. He is a POS.

Take care when dealing with DR

I ordered from DR and paid in advance approx. $ 1800 for some "accessories" -SCT chip, sway bars, etc- destinated to my Lincoln Town Car. I did that because DR had provided me -years ago- with good services for my MGM LSE as well as for my Marauder. But this time, I never saw the colour of those spares. I went to my lawyer who drafted a claim but I did not go further with it because I am located in Canada, too far away for any efficient follow up. It goes without saying that DR did not answer any of our letters.

Anyway, my opinion is that while behaving as a thief, DR put dirt on his country as well as on the Marauder clubs and circles. If anybody has faced the same issue with DR, I am ready to send to him/to her a copy of the letters drafted by my lawyer if it can add some weight to your claim and confirm that DR is actually a crook.

That's the way I felt the few dealings I had with him!!

Somehow that IDIOT lost my stock tune in the Marauder and replaced it with an SCT tune with OEM trans management.....lotsa fun when trying to install a Diablo Blower Tune later on!!

    He was/is a condescending DIRT BAG......thus the Smilies....sorry if I confused ya!!

My experience dealing with DR was nothing but positive. I know he screwed others.... this is my story.

At the Orlando Marauderville I blew the engine on my less than a year old 2004 MM with less than 10K miles. Had it towed to a local Ford dealer. DR was at that Marauderville and he offered to get my MM fixed. This entailed towing the car across the state, replacing non-stock parts (air intake, tune & overdrive pulleys) and towing the car to a local Ford dealer where DR had friends. The dealership had a factory guy come in and they looked for a way, anyway, to deny the claim. They couldn't find anything wrong so the engine got replaced. DR took it back to his shop, reinstalled all the non-stock parts plus his rear cooling kit, a PI 3500 stall convertor and a deep tranny pan. He also dyno'd and retuned it.

    That's my experience.

Post My experience with DR also Positive.

Back in mid 2008 the price of an inter-cooled S/C was north of 7K (install and tune extra).

DR offered a version that reduced the price to $3.9K including install and tune.
I was thrilled. I made an appointment and took the car to Florida, James79stang was my copilot. I did not plan to stay for more than two days but DR's workload and parts availability would require a longer stay.

DR solved my problem by lending me his wife's bronco to travel back home and then back again while the car was in the shop.

A few weeks later my car was ready and I picked it up and traveled with DR and Shela to the Louisville get-together. The S/C and installation has performed great, the few problems I had were of my own making.

I had my car re-tuned at Mo's a year or so ago and there was only a couple of HP difference.

If an analyst collected all the DR experiences and showed a pie chart of the distribution from thrilled to I want to sue you, along with parameters used to support each category, we could see the whole picture.

For me, there are far too many horror stories out there about DR. I would drive a Smart car the rest of my life before doing business with DR.

P.S.: I only shared my input because Warren, one of the many Marauders to come through BRG Racing, was built my DR. I saw first hand the unacceptable poor quality of work. I do not know how someone could charge a client for such. No pride in one's craft is a character deal breaker.

The real question is would you drive an Elio vs doing business with DR?
