Maybe never wrecked, but it has Grand Marquis front and rear bumper covers.
I would think if the fenders and rockers are rusting there is a lot more rust that's not visible.

It's my car. Unfortunately the car is worth more in pieces than whole, so certain things were removed to fix my damaged silver mm and the price has been dropped. Sadly It's been in pa it's whole life and the previous owners ran it year round. Its still reliable transportation that looks respectable when clean. If somebody wanted a cheap car to run for a few years and then part out to get their money back, this would be the car. I just have too many vehicles at the moment and need to liquidate a few in hopes to buy a new truck to help my business.

Didn't expect an answer to my question but wow thanks! That's reasonably priced for what it is. I'm tempted, this would be less appealing to the thieves of Chicago, wouldn't feel so bad dailying it or street parking it.
