    Question Where are the Spark Plugs?

    Please tell me I'm not familiar with these new cars!

    on the "valve covers" there are covers take them off, and VOILA!! spark plugs

    thanks a lot. one more question, engine revs high (about 3,000 rpms) when first started. is this common?

    Some do? Don't know why. Mine does not rev that hi.

    Mine only revs up to 1900 rpm on startup, then quickly settles back down.

    The "norm" for cars that do this seems to be about 2000 RPM...3 grand seems a bit high...

    Glad I'm not the only one with the high rev- drives me crazy- especially when it sits for a week and I start her up and get two seconds of rod knocks at 3000 rpm! Not good for engine longevity.
