    Bob,

I for one was not trying to pee on your PCV mod, I think you've put together a very practical and economical system, and would recommend it to anyone looking for an alternative to breathers, but not wanting to shell out bucks for a a catch can system.

then do the install yourselve's why is the PCV and EGR considered impossible to complete?

The EGR is way too important of a device to delete.
What did you have in mind? Living in Cali and re-cert smog every two years having the EGR in place active and working is one less headache to worry about doing this conversion.

I wanted to relocate the egr to the firewall, it wont fit on the SC with the wiper cowl in place. I wanted someone to bend up some 1/4" copper to use as a template then I will make the tubes out of 5/8" Stainless. You would have to extend the wiring harness to the new location

I would be interested in the EGR Relocation for the Eaton. Probably all the Cali guys who do the Eaton would be too. Worse comes to worse I can always rely on my work around every 2 years but you never know out here...

Up until Bob came up with his EGR mod, everybody pretty much went with the EGR delete; that's what I'm running

Nor certain if there'd be a big difference with or without EGR relative to performance or mileage, other than perhaps lowering intake air temp a bit, but that's just my .

You'll end up with a slightly hotter combustion chamber temps at part throttle cruise and a slight decrease in part throttle cruising mileage, which may or may not be noticable. I didn't notice anything when I deleted mine aside from getting rid of an annoying tapping noise as the valve was opened and shut by the 1 header primary that it was attached to.

Sorry to bump an old thread. My car is Eaton swapped and has two PCV's. The stock on the PS is connected to the intake tube going to the TB. The DS has a PCV stuck into a grommet and I have 03 Cobra cam covers. The DS feeds into a catch can and then back to the S/C. The DS PCV is a EV-111. Any suggestions or does this all sound right?
