    Seriously though, swapped bcm’s. It now works but the solder joints appear fine in the one I removed.

    There are probably very small cracks in the joints. Everyone I repair will work again.

    Bryan, the relay is there to bypass all the other circuitry in the module to produce high speed. If your unit works on high, then the relay is good.

    You have to clean off the conformal coating first. Isopropyl alcohol.
