    Air suspension stuck fully inflated.

Out and about with the Marauder last night and I noticed that the roads seemed extra bumpy, like I was driving with square tires.

I parked it and noticed the rear ride height was really high. It was bad enough that I could take my fist place it on my tire and still have half an inch until my fist hit the wheel well lip.

I turned off the trunk switch when I went to drive home just to prevent it from trying to inflate more fully.

Has anyone else had this happen, or have any idea how I can start diagnosing how to fix this.

It is your ride height sensor rod .
It is only available as a complete ride height sensor unit.

Thanks! Crawled under her and found it. Looks like the nut that holds the switch arm has backed off and the little arm just moves freely on the switch.

This might be a quick, cheap repair.

Edit: I tightened up the nut, didn't realize that the stud is plastic and twisted the stud off. Such is the price of hubris before the Wrenching Gods.

Tried to fix it by putting a screw and washer where the stud was and reinstalled it. Started the car and no leveling improvement. The switch must have gone bad as well. It does not move easily.

I will just order a new switch and install it.

Thanks again for the fast and expert replies to my dilemma.

Had this happen on the way out to MV14. Ours was corroded out and we had to have the sensor and bar assembly replaced. Parts aren't cheap, take your check book.

I think you can adapt a CV SPORT sensor to the marauder, which is still available for cheap
