i know ebay has a few usually listed, car-part.com may find one close to you.

Generally if it's a totaled marauder, it was running and driving at the time of death

I've seen some on car part for 350.00

not all sellers are crap, I do the same thing, if they have too many negs or a bunch of recent negs., I pass but most of the trans sellers are yards, salvagers expanding their market than local. LKQ is a regular on ebay and they are nationwide and will ship.

I've feel comfortable putting another marauder transmission in. With those I believe I would have to change the tail shaft housing because the marauder is longer than the crown vic. Thanks for the info by the way.

If I'm not mistaken, 03-04 P71 and Marauder are identical. The others (CV LX for example, Grand Marquis, Towncar) have the shorter tail shaft housing.
