Go with the Gates. Stay away from Goodyear, unless you like rubber bands.

On this website it shows a Dayco #DY5060923 which we know is made by Gates, equivalent being #K5060923.

Now, when I searched the Gates website, it shows #K506926.

The difference that I can gather is the length is different by 0.200". I don't think that this will be an issue, is it?

If both belts can be used, I'd like to try the Gates Fleetrunner which is #K060923HD. These are supposed to last 3x as long as the ordinary belts.

    What's your opinion or experience?

To answer my own question; NO! this is too small.

Anyone want to buy a Gates K060923HD at a discount?

A word of caution; rockauto.com lists the K060923 for the Marauder.

The belt that did not fit is no longer for sale, was able to return it to NAPA.

O.K. Rich, I was using a belt from an unknown to me source. It had the tensioner swung c.w. as far as it could go, about the 12 o'clock position. When I tried the K060923 it was just too short to fit on. I see that the K060926 is listed as the std. belt for the MM DOHC engine. Being slightly longer, this would have gone on.

I chose to go with the K060935RB since there is a lot of swing in the tensioner. The difference is just under 1" of belt length. The tensioner now sits about the 11 o'clock position, see pic above. With this in mind, the longer fleetrunner K0601080HD might work for you.

So I am looking to replace my serpentine belt. Is the Gates K060935RB belt what most people are recommending as better than the Gatorback or other choices?

I've been using Gates belts for years with no issues.
