2004 Mercury Marauder for sale. Located in northern Chicago suburbs. 2 owner vehicle, 136K on the clock. Vehicle is relatively clean, 6.5/10 for exterior, (Pass front fender is rusting at the arch and clear coat behind front fenders is worn). A dozen scratches and dents combined from your courteous shoppers at grocery stores.

Interior is a 8.5/10, driver seat has mild creases but no tears. Passenger seat has slight wrinkles but in overall great condition. Rear seats are near brand new, only have been sat in a few times. Carpet is mint in back seats and passenger area, driver carpet has a salt stain the size of a half dollar and general fading from the elements.

Have the bottom portion of the trunk organizer from PO but folding section on top was broken, (assuming from a load placed in trunk). Marauder has a ken wood 4 channel amp, with 4 alpine Type R speakers. Also has an aftermarket pioneer double din stereo.

Engine: Starting to develop the dreaded head tick from the 8th cylinder on driver side. Only presents itself when hasn't been started for a day or so, or on extremely cold mornings.

Repairs/Maintenence/Modifications, (all done within the past 10-15k miles).
-Timing chains, cam gears, and tensioners, all done with OEM ford parts.
-Brake pads and rotors along with new fluid.
-New PS pump and fluid
-New aftermarket headlights with bulbs
-Fuel filter
-Winter tires, Nokian WRG3 7/32 rear, 8/32 front
-New AC accumulator and low pressure switch along with condenser.
-Ford ignition coils with SP433 iridium spark plugs
-Oil filter housing gasket
-FBM HID fog light upgrade
-FBM CHMSL mod
-Both front wheel bearing assemblies, (moog).
-Monroe quick struts
-Moog swaybar endlinks
-Motorcraft BTX-65-850, (6-18-18).
-New gear oil
-Replaced CMP sensor
-Muffler and rear cat delete, (against everybody's warnings, yes its too loud).
-PO did regular maintenance, Water pump and alternator are the major repairs.
