PCV Valve question- specific part question this time

Ok more puzzles... for those of you who have the PCV valve for S/C I have a question.... was the fitting that came with it 3/8"... as opposed to the 1/2" of the PCV lines... ALSO I noticed that at the bottom of the valve there is no lip, is it good to go, or does it need the help on a different rubber gromet...

The Relocation Kit from DR included a Reducer but I do not remember the size.

It does not matter about there being no lip. It is fine w/ just a loose slip fit.

I'm running a Motorcraft EV-153 (03 Cobra) slip fit into the driver's side cam cover. It's a 3/8" connection routed via 3/8" hose to the passenger side and then adapted up to the 3/4" upper intake connection. The OEM pcv valve is gutted and run via 3/8" hose to the intake pipe. No problems.

I found a 3/8" x 3/4" x 3/8" black tee at Napa in their PCV parts bin. I just capped the unused 3/8" port. Just make sure the 3/4" hose is short so the vacuum doesn't collapse the bigger hose. Hope this helps.

OK, I went and looked. It's actually 3/4" x 3/8" x 3/4" tee but you get the idea. See attached pic.
