I love the smell of Nitromethane and rubber in the morning!
Drag racers prayer:
As I lay rubber down the street, I pray for traction I can keep, but if I spin and begin to slide, please dear God protect my ride." -Amen

Getting closer...
John, pardon my ignorance, but having the alternator that close to the header seem like a recipe for molten alternator...
But DAMN you do nice work...

Beautiful car, I sent u a FB req
they are 67/66's.
Getting closer. The huge Holley pump with twin -12 feeds is in and the controllers are mounted and wired in the trunk.
The wiring is all done in on the dash and everything is hooked up to the BigStuff3. Dan is moving to the engine compartment to pull the front cover and make sure the 24 tooth trigger wheel was reinstalled correctly and time the new turbo cams. Then it hits the rollers.
Oh, and the Hyperaktive HyperKontrol boost management system has been wired in as well. We've got it set so that when it's turned off, the system will run on the 8lb. springs. When on, it will go up to 32lb. Giggity!
And one follow-up...
Ordered a new Ford F250 Super Duty Lariat, TowRauder!
I'm going to have ProRauder painted the same color; Code N1, Blue Jeans on the F250 or what Lincoln calls Midnight Sapphire.
Some more picture updates.
The big honkin intercooler is now in place and hooked up. Still have to put the clamps on the silicone hoses. The radiator, shroud and fan will be placed between it and the engine. Just need to finish the timing first before it is mounted.
Dan also has some nice fender plates for the front bumper exhaust exits. Pictures after it hits the dyno.
