So here's a question to everybody that purchased one of the badges. Where are you gonna stick it?

I knew the exact place I'd stick it when I saw these being offered! Now, it may not be to everybody's liking, or some might think I'm trying to be a copycat to something, but I think it'll look cool! I'm curious to hear where everyone else is gonna put it.

Buying things I don't need, with money I don't have, to impress people I don't know!!!

The passenger side dash does look a lil bare over there.

I would be leary , myself, if putting it there as these custom one are held on with double sided tape which may get loose with the heat fromthe cam cover and engine bay so close to the block etc.. might need to remove tape and use an epoxy.

I was thinking the same thing.

Do you have a suggestion for the epoxy and cam cover prep?

    Thanks.

Thanks Buzz Killington! You bring up some very good points. Though the plaque in the picture has double sided tape on it. I have some 401 Loctite at work I might be able to use. That s**t pulls skin off! One way or another, I will find a way.

Cam cover needs to clean and grease free, Have to search for high temp epoxy up to 300-400 degrees will be well sufficient and I would scuff the back of the name plate with some very coarse sandpaper, like 60 grit to give it some bite to the epoxy. let dry thouroughly before getting engine warm. no guarantees, but that's how I would do it of putting it there.

    Thanks.

I'll take the cam cover down to the metal and clean.

I'm also going to round the corners of the badge to match the etching line.
