Does any one have a 3.4 whipple crusher under their stock hood? Just wondering if it fits.

When you are dead, you don’t know you are dead. It is difficult only for others. It is the same way when you are stupid.

I believe the 2.9L is the biggest you can go with a stock hood. Owners with a 3.4L usually end up with a Class Glass hood or other modified hood. One example:

Thanks for the info. I order the power bulge and it will be 4 weeks before it's done. So I wont pull the kenne bell off until the hood is here then put the 3.4 crusher on it.
your hood will 99% need to be repaired and better finish quality..Just passing it along..have not heard of one person that got it "ready to paint"

Might want to keep the 3.55's. 4.10's will be hard to get traction. jmo
I have had the 4.10 in for years. I might change them if there's a problem. I like the killer but the meth kit was new and a killer deal same thing with crusher.
That is true with closer to stock power levels.
last blower car with 600+ rwhp I had with 3.73 and 3500 stall, I went to a 2.95 gear (because it was a 3 speed TH400 w/no overdrive) - no gear change will give you traction without full adjustable race suspension and slicks. Drag radials just fry.
In fact, it burned rubber for extended length with the lower numerical gears.
It was, however, more pleasant on the street highways. No need for high gears to get going with such power. I geared it for drive-ability.
