    MM Jacket Fitment

I would like to get one of the original MM jackets and I am curious about the sizing. I’d hate to spend that much money and not get the sizing write. Any input?

I agree. I feel the run a little small or snug. And since they are leather, it is not like it will stretch in needed areas. If in doubt I suggest you buy the larger size.

What do you wear normally? US Size 1XL fits me normally, slightly snug. 2XL is slightly loose. European sizes are where we have to be careful. A Levi 2XL denim jacket was a bit snug and nothing larger was available at Sears. Amazon sells Duke black denim jackets from the UK - I ordered a 3XL and received the equivalent of a 4XL - it nearly swallows me. Didn't want to send it back to the UK so I'll have it tailored at some point.

When I ordered my car, the salesman said he'd send me the jacket. Then I was told it only came in men's sizes, so I went with small. I can wear it but it's way long in the arms, big in the shoulders and snug across hips and chest. Chauvinistic car company!!!

They seem to run one size different. I own a size Small that measures like a Medium. I actually took the time to measure the chest and sleeves of the Small and I was correct, it has the measurements of a size Medium jacket.

So if you normally wear a Large, you may be looking for a size XL jacket.

I think they run on the bigger side.

I have a L leather biker jacket that is now(!) snug but a heavier gauge of material. My 1XL Marauder leather jacket is less snug but a lighter gauge of material.

So I guess there's no point in bringing my size small jacket out with me for you to try.
