    Rear Courtesy Lights

    Hey all,

Just put a new headliner in and the rear courtesy lights aren't working. I was trying to remember if they came on when the doors opened. They don't come on by demand as well. Will have to track this down.... Hopefully easily fixed.

Sometimes the connections might not be touching in the back piece. Those lights rotate and sometimes you have to tap them to turn on. You might have to bend the metal that connections to get better continuity. When you open the car door the light should be on. Hope this helps, oh one more thing you can try to switch them around to see if they work.

It was some of the drag connections on the back. Bent them down a little tighter and problem solved. Thanks for the help.

Any tips on how these lights are removed from the headliner? I'd like to swap out the bulbs with LEDs.

    The lenses pop out.
