    Question Car Cover

Can anyone recommend a Cover for a Marauder that is kept outside?

I tired a search but didn't have any luck.

I recently got my rear quarters done on my car. The body shop guy said if I wanted my car to survive, it needed to get out of the elements. I asked about california car covers and he said that would work, as he uses them himself.

    https://www.calcarcover.com Superweave or Superweave premium.

Fits fine, room for the spoiler, stays on decently well but since we have gale force winds all the time now in NJ, I had to get the Gust Guard Clamp & Cord Car Cover Tie Down System as well.

    Covercraft

Covercraft is the original equipment accessory for new vehicles offered by Ford.
    https://accessories.ford.com/exterio...rotectors.html
    https://www.covercraft.com/us/en/company/about

The WeatherShield HP is the material used by Ford and is best suited for outdoor vehicle storage.
    https://www.covercraftoutlet.com/ind...t&prod_id=ccpn

It comes in a variety of colors, and lasts about 4 years when the material starts to rip from UV exposure (coincidentally, the cover has a 4 year warranty). This cover is not inexpensive, but you get what you pay for.

High winds can be a problem. I find a good solution is to attach empty milk jugs filled with water (tied to the grommet holes) to act as weights to hold down the cover. While the cover is relatively easy to install, it will become a pain if you use your Marauder on a daily basis. However, this is the best alternative to having a garage.

Just confirming link was to a $46 9 layer cover, not specifically tailored for a Marauder.

Not being snarky, I paid a small fortune for Last cal cover and am excited if this the right one!

According to the eBay ad it fits a Marauder.

My point I should have mentioned was since the two different cars all just about exactly the same body and style I would have thought CV would be covered as well--but apparently not---wonder why?

The utility on eBay isn't correct all the time. That cover fits a GM, Marauder & Lincoln TC. It should fit a CV.

    +1!

I bought one for my Marauder and it was really nice.
Fit like a glove and did a great job of protecting the paint.

I have the weather fit cover from cover anything. It is waterproof, car stays very clean even after heavy downpours, it fits well, snug. I recommend folding in the mirrors when using it.
