    Custom Coil Covers

Before the previous thread got locked, I wanted to say I have a pair of these covers, along with the plugs, and they look and fit great !! Maybe someone could outline the specific requirements to become a vendor here. If someone comes up with a new product that he thinks members might be interested in, how does he judge that interest in that product? Maybe a grace period before locking or deleting a thread like this is in order.

Joe - we obviously have a gray area here and it's Logan's call. He can open the thread and respond. Only he can make vendor contracts or allow a "grace period." No one is disputing they look great! Others have been required to become vendors here to use the Board as a sales mechanism. Existing vendors are just asking for parity. Let's get a reading from Logan, then we all know the protocol.

The guy who makes the coil covers emailed me and would very much like to become a paying vendor.

Logan, how can he do this?

He said he can also make other custom parts for the Engine.

At the top of every single forum on this site is a link to the vendor rules:

    Clicky Click

All anyone has to do to find out how to sign on as a vendor is email me at logan@mercurymarauder.net or PM me.

If folks do this ahead of time, they won't get their threads locked or deleted for violated vendor rules.

The intent is not to stifle communication of a new product or the next big thing, but there comes a point where people are making money directly as a result of this site's exposure to their product.

Support from the vendors is how we pay the bills. They want to make money and sell product, I want to pay the bills to keep the site on the airwaves for everybody. The subject isn't up for debate.
