I have an opportunity to pick up a set of 20" wheels for my car for super cheap but all four are 245/45/20. Will these fit? Will they set off the ABS light?

If you have traction control it will throw that off. If no traction control you are good assuming you have the correct offset and what not.

If you have trac control yes ! it will not like same size front and rear, need to mantain that 3% ratio

TC doesn't care what size the wheels are, it cares about the relationship of front to back sizing. I would think that as long as you maintain the 3% rule you'd be OK. If you end up with tires larger or smaller in circumference your speedo will be off.
A car came in on trade with these wheels on it. They got OE's for it and these have been sitting ever since. I want to throw these on for the winter. Pretty good tire tread and not too gawdy. Ill post pics ASAP
Where did the 3% come from??
The stock OEM ratio is 4.8%. The generally accepted range is 2% (on the low side) to 6.0% (on the high side with 255/55/18). Some may have pushed to about 6.6% Max with 265/55/18 without affecting TC.
OEM fronts -- 759 Revs per Mile.
OEM rears -- 724 Revs per Mile
Ratio is 759/724 = 1.048 (or a 4.8% difference in circumference and height).
GoodYear Eagle F1 DS-G3 is 716 Revs per Mile for a 759/716 ratio of 1.06 (or a 6% difference). I have run the 255/55/18 on the rear with OEM fronts with no TC issues.
Tire height for OEM front 235/50/18 is 27.25 inches.
Tire height for OEM rear 245/55/18 is 28.61 inches (or 5% taller than fronts).
Tire height for 245/45/20 is estimated at 28.68 inches (pretty close to stock rears). So you can probably run those on the rear with stock sized fronts.
Your TC will not like the 245/45/20 all the way around since it will not see the 4.8% size differential (or 2-6% for the estimated range). To get around this, you will have to turn "off" the TC each and every time you start the car.

check me out! Turns out they were 255/45/20 all the way around. We put them on and theres no rubbing while turning from stop to stop. Everything is fine until I hit 45 MPH and it starts modulating the brakes and the TC light starts blinking. The front two tires are pretty worn so ill pick up a front pair in 245/40/20 and call it a day. I think the grey centers go well with the smoked headlamps and window tint. What do you guys think?
I think they look really sharp. I like the way they fill out the wells.
I am partial to the OEM wheels however I like the more subtle look of the wheels you have.
Please post more pics when you mount the new fronts.

Well I have to admit, I'm impressed with the look! I would have to put this in the WIN catagory, nice color, nice tire/rim combo. Goes with the SB paint.
