    Nitto 295/45-18

    Will these fit our stock 8" wide wheel? Nitto NT555 295/45-18.

    Well, it fits - but the sidewall is like a donut. Resulted in some rear end wobble. As stated, need 9-9.5" width rims for best handling.

    Initially i ran my 295s on 8" wide wheels , but as stated handling was poor , and it looks so much better on widened wheels, i widened a set to 10" , then another set to 11"

    I have those exact tires on my stock rims. ZERO rubbing issues. No wobbling. No problems.
    11.931 @ 116.33 (MT ET Streets)
    12.073 @ 118.43 (Nitto 555)

    I love the smell of Nitromethane and rubber in the morning!

    Can u take a picture of the side of the sidewall so we can see if they bulge

    I had a buddy put 305s on his 2012 mustang wheels, they bulged too much for my taste

    doesn't look like much, but it hurt handling enough to want to correct it.
    My 4 same size tire Crown Vic will destroy the Marauder in corners due to this, mostly.
