Does any one have a plug in used to monitoring engine issues?

Buy yourself a Bafx OBD2 reader from amazon or their own site it costs about 20 bucks. You can pair it via Bluetooth to most android/apple phones and tablets. It's gonna a offer you the compatibility and readings you'd get from most of what's on the market besides specialty snap on scanners etc (that's why they cost 1000s). Don't fall for these overhypeed rebrands coming out for 99 bucks as they are all the same internals just different packaging. I've been using one for a couple years now and it's let me diasgnose engine codes and I caught a missfire immediately as it happened.
