I have a Tune from Reinhardt on a xcal2 that's 10 years old.
I've always passed smog with no problem previously.
After pre-test computer is saying invalid data and aborts the test.
Will going back to original tune fix this?

I got a new one this year too. Says data in ecm does not match vin number, got red flagged but still got inspection for a year lol. But if you do not have any power adders just bring it back to stock tune and go through the driving cycle to reset all monitors and you should be fine.
300A Black
4:10 gears, Flowmaster 44's with rear cat delete, SW headers with 3 inch cats to 2.5 custom h. 3500 stall, Twisted synergy dyno tune, addco f/r , rear control arms, Novi 1200 air to air with the fixings.
How far do you think I'll have to drive?
Google 03 ford driving cycle or something like that and it should come up. But I normally do some city driving then 15 mins or more on a 55 or higher road/ highway. Shut it off and park it for at least 8 hrs then repeat the Driving part and I was good to go before adding boost.

Some cars reset faster than others. 1/2 to 3/4 tank, city driving, set speeds at 30 mph for as long as you can (country road), pull over and idle for 2-3 min, freeway for 5-10 min at lower speeds 55pmh... Can take 20 miles to 300 miles. As above, let car sit 8 hours and do it all again!
