    We're planning on going to Grand Rapids @ mid august for a car show, and on the way back I'd like to have the cooling mod done if you have the time...make it worth your wild...wink wink...

    When I do mine I'll go straight to the heater core with the head outlet, eliminating the COT feed.

    Has anyone used these caps? I might look for a welder but I think capping for now is fine.

    You need 5/8" and they are sold at any auto parts store.
    I'd find a silicone cap if I was you, those wear out rather quickly
