    Noob here

Hey everyone! My name is Pedro I’m from Texas and I just bought a 2003 marauder. It’s stock at the moment and has 105k miles. Just looking for advice on where to start as far as performance upgrades! Any advice is appreciated!

    welcome,

performance upgrades will be based on your avail budget. A tune, rear gear swap, headers are thecmost common to do. The tune alone is the best stock upgrade, see member martyo for tuning options. letvus know what you have in mind and members can steer you in the direction

A programmer and 4.10 gears will be the hugest improvement for the money! Then go for rear control arms to tighten up the ride and make the upshifts extremely firm. Even a transmission Jmod (youtube) will give you a seat-o-the-pants feel you won't believe. Fuel mileage requirements and ride comfort killed some driving sensation. Small changes will make yours the car it should have been. If you get a chance to drive a modified one there is no comparison.

    Welcome!

Gears and a tune are where most people will point you for first mods!

I like the stainless works exhaust and heads I’ve seen on YouTube videos but not sure if that’s a good way to start or what comes first as far as performance upgrades. Aside from this I have a 2014 wrangler and a 97 Yukon and they’re both stock so I’m new to this.

Welcome to the site! Lots of good info here. Mo's Speed Shop can help you with a tune. They've tuned several of our cars. Great customer service.

+1 on this.^ Congratulations and Welcome! Reach out to Marty at https://www.mosspeedshop.com/ or at https://www.mercurymarauder.net/forums/member.php?u=563

He can sell you a tuner or if you already have a tuner, he can email you a tune that will really wake your MM up.

4.10 gears, CAI (Cold Air Intake) usually K&N or JLT, J-Mod for your transmission, Metco Control Arms and of course, a Supercharger are all mods that are easily available. Some are just more expensive than others.

Welcome to the MODNESS! As others have stated a tuner and a tune is your best first step. After that it depends on your budget. A supercharger kit is around $7000.00 or so.
