Maybe for $300, but certainly not for $1600

    WOW....just WOW!

    What a POS!

Now..... ....IF it had the "Rich Corinthian Leather".....I might pop $1,600 for that beauty!

BTW: 1977 was the height of emissions HP in America and that awe inspiring 318 V8 was rated at a tire scalding 145 HP....
    or 20 LESS HP than my wife's 2.0L N/A Focus' 4 banger.....LOL

Good god. I love malaise-era Mopars, but this thing ain't worth $300, let alone the $1600 ask.

Gee guys, why don't you tell me how you really feel? I'm negotiable on the price if that helps. A little higher than $300 would be nice though.

Hilarious! A rusted hulk of a not-particularly-desirable Chrysler, and you're surprised that folks are laughing at the $1,600 price?

Not only is the car not particularly desirable, the entire interior is dead from sun exposure and those parts are damn near impossible to find since nobody kept them in good shape. Within two hours of me, I'm finding the following similar-era cars near the $1600 price point that need far less work:
    '75 Lincoln
    '74 Dart
    '78 Monaco
    '74 Tradesman

As such, sorry, man, $1600 is wack money for that car.

Sorry...didn't mean to be so harsh....but even at $300 that's a tough sell!
I think that it would have been best if it was NOT rescued from the crusher!

I just sold my '89 LTD Crown Vic with a recently installed rebuilt 5.0L V8 for $300.
It was in wayyyyy better condition than the '77 Chrysler.

...well I think this wins the best insult for my post. If it makes you all feel better, I'm negotiable on the price. It's not firm. I have another Chrysler so it's worth it to me to keep it for parts if no one wants it. Why do I own it? I love all different cars, not just Marauders. Old Chryslers need love too!

I am very pleased to announce that the 1977 Lebaron is now gone. I was offered a trade for 1994 Lincoln Mark VIII with collapsed rear airbags. Luckily for me I happen to have some conversion kit rear springs laying around. Just goes to show you that one man's junk is another man's treasure. I sure am glad I held out and didn't scrap it like some people suggested. If you all don't mind, I'm going to take a moment to gloat
