    Wash-less cleaning, spray on wax

Never been a big fan of using these products on my Marauders, but have used most types "wash less" products on my other DD's. Being it is the new year and one of my resolutions is to keep my garage and all rides clean, I was out of this kind of ptoduct so I drove to local quality auto shop, where Mcguires spray wash (and all others) was $13.99 per spray bottle.

Went home and hit Amazon online, and found a gallon, plus an additional full spray bottle, plus 4 quality micro fiber towels for only $32 delivered next day.

    AREO cosmetics Wash n Wax.

Car was hand washed yesterday, and before I sprayed AERO on I used a clean large towel to wipe off 95% of the nightly condensation. It was only 50 or so degrees (it had been down in 30's), the frost had just melted and I liberally sprayed this new product on my slightly damp and COLD CVSport.

Unlike every other product I have used (most of them--even Griott's), this product blended in, smoothed out, was more slick, and the application was universal and even! No streaks or botches even under horrible conditions!

A neighbor who has 5 cars and is a docent at our Cal Auto Museum, was walking buy and chatted me up (wondering what I was doing) and commented that he too was very suspicious of these type of products. He couldn't believe I was using it, but he read the labels and booklet and was impressed with the Boing Aircraft and marine references. We watched the application, and he too was amazed at the simple, easy, even application and final outcome.

We were amazed by this product. I will wipe down car again tomorrow, and will take some photos of car!

Repeated process today. Ice on top of car hadn't yet melted all the way. Wiped off excess H20, spayed on AERO and wiped off.

Horrible conditions, and I think product worked amazingly well.

How much dirt are you moving around with towels?

I always assumed you wash the car with water to lift the dust and dirt off the car before you attack it with a microfiber?

$24.00 a month for the car wash next to the post office for me everyday but sunday zfg

I use ceramic coat to fend off the stains and debris since that car sits outside.

Good question, and good point. NO I wouldn't use this if the car were "dirty-dirty" and all of the products in this category have directions that advise you to wash off mud and grit/dirt etc.

Admittedly I live in California where rain is rare, I stay on all paved roads, and while our cars don't get "dirty-dirty" unless one tries, Sacramento in rated top 10 in cities hard on car paint because of acid rain, hard water, dirty air, airplane traffic, pollen, etc.

One thing that I do like about this product, and that I found I didn't like w other products, is that this product is ANTI-STATIC too! I noticed this after using the product, and after rereading the info booklet where they advertised the anti static properties.

And after using a like product previously, I had actually WATCHED the created static pull dust from the air to stick to my JUST CLEANED car. The towels and my shirt had held static then too.

Also, it advertises as a spray on wax after washing, but before drying.
