    Mystery Hose

    Hi Folks,

There is a hose coming from crossover pipe (passenger side) going into intake closest to front of car. Some how/sometime it developed a double bulge just before the connection to the intake. Does anyone know the name of it? Not finding it on RockAuto or any other sites.

    Thanks,

I believe that hose goes to a pipe (hard line) under the intake. Probably can use a standard coolant hose to replace it.

I think he's referring to the coolant line running to the PCV bung.
If I'm right good luck finding one.

Right. The one I'l thinking of comes out of the water pump.

After I installed my catch can I disconnected the hose from the PVC bung and connected the two ends with a piece of copper tubing and hose clamps.

This is a molded hose and the flat part of it lays on the valve cover. Connects to bung on crossover tube near temp sensor.
