    PAG oil recommendation

I'm replacing my evaporator core, receiver/dryer, and orfice tube. Not touching the compressor because it is still good, just a leak in the core. How much pag oil (if any) would you recommend adding?

Just like Marty said.. unless you had a leak.

    Found this online:

If simply replacing an A/C component, use this as a guideline for oil replacement:

Component Amount Of Lubricant To Add
    Accumulator 2 oz.
    Condenser 1 oz.
    Evaporator 2 oz.
    Filter Drier 1 oz.

I recgarged my a/c 3 years ago. Blew warm the other day. Pushed on the relief valve and it had pressure. Emptied it completely, only air came out. Added 38 oz of refrigerant and it blows ice cold. Not sure why it needed another recharge but still had pressure. Did not add any pag oil.
