    Blower motor stuck on high

I'm new to the marauder world so bare with me please, my blower motor blows in high as soon as the ignition is turned on. Would the blower control module cause it to go bad in the high position? I know normally when they go bad the blower motor typically doesn't work at all. Thanks

I had this same problem. And yes the BCM will cause this. I sent that module to Fastblackmerc, he sent me a repaired one. PM him, I bet he can help you out.

    BCM.

Went through same issue 2 times.

Do NOT use any brand other than Motorcraft or have Jim (FBM) repair yours.

Thanks guys, I would love to send it to you, but I'm in Tampa, FL and going without a blower motor, even for a little bit, can be hell sometimes. Anyone have the motorcraft part number? Or can talk me through how to repair it?

RockAuto doesn't list the motorcraft unit under the Marauder, but does list it under Mercury Grand Marquis:

That post provides some tips on troubleshooting the problem. Good to try before plunking down money on parts.
