    "Bump"

    What the heck does "bump" mean? I see it all over the forum. Bump this, bump that. Everyone is bumping.

    It is a simple way of keeping a thread "fresh" as a unread thread each time you log in.

    it's a way of moving or "bumping" a thread to the top. by replying in a thread you are making it relevant & shoots it all the way to the top of the page (well just underneath all the stickied threads that is)
