Its gonna be dry with a high of 50 degrees and I'm gonna be there for sure. I'm looking forward to capping off my drag racing season in prime fashion with all the local folks.

Mike, I just looked at the weather and it said a chance of showers. I hope that is not true for you guys. Anyway, I will be working this weekend. Overtime is not very plentiful right now so I have to get it when I can. Trying to get my money right for a supercharger.
I'll be at Lapeer next Saturday...does that count?

It rained last year and the track was PACKED with people. The track operators asked folks with street tires to drive around the track to dry it off.
A friend of mine went and I only got 2 races in before it took 30-45 minutes of waiting before another run.
The same friend went a week later and it was deserted, so he got in about 15 runs.
I'm not making the mistake of driving 2 hours for the same wet and rainy weather.
Lidio had to go up because its his day but the weather is to crappy for a 180 mile round trip.(Hay Charley we agree on something)
Are you sure its only 180 miles? Last year it took me about 4 hours round trip...
I decided to skip the trip due to the weather. Man, I am bummed I was really looking forward to this.
Maybe Lapeer next week?
